Yield: 8 servings 1 graham cracker crust 1/2 cup ground walnuts 1 cup cream cheese 1/3 cup sugar |
1 egg 2/3 cup pumpkin 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon cloves (ground) whipping cream for garnish |
Beat cream cheese in large bowl until fluffy. Beat in sugar and egg. Add remaining ingredients into
mixture and beat well. Sprinkle ground walnuts onto bottom of pie crust. Pour pumpkin mix
into pie crust and bake at 325 degrees for about 35-40 minutes or until filling is set. Cool on wire rack
and then refrigerate. Before serving, whip whipping cream until it forms peaks...serve with a dollop
of whipped cream on each piece. |
