1 1/2 cups cooked mashed pumpkin 1 1/2 cups rich milk (I used light cream) 3/4 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon ginger and 1/4 teaspoon cloves OR 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice (I prefer the pie spice) 3/4 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons melted butter |
Mix all ingredients in a blender or mix well with mixer. Chill for at least one hour and pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 450 degrees for ten minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 35 minutes. Insert knife... when knife comes out clean...remove from oven and let cool. COVER WITH WHIPPED CREAM AND PIG OUT!!!!!!! |
